I consistently see on programs such as dateline & 60 minutes Prosecutors lie and withhold evidence to prosecute people they must know are innocent.. Where on earth are the laws to hold them accountabl...How can the American criminal justice system ensure fair and accountable prosecution?
Hold Prosecutors accountable by Law ! Let them fear prosecution themselves . it should be illegal and I feel criminal to purposely use another persons life as a career move or vendetta. -
