I Paul Schneider a U.S. Army Vietnam war combat veteran was falsely convicted along with my wife Marlene Cox Schneider in the United States District Court in Alton, Illinois on March 27, 1990 in a faked fair trial by the officials who in fact perpetrated the crimes we were convicted of being responsible for. The power to indict is the power to obtain false confessions and false criminal convictions especially of those who do not have the money to obtain effective assistance of counsel. Justice frauds aaaare common place in both our civil and criminal state and federal courts. We do not all live with the protection of the law ! There is not and has never been "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" for us all in this nation or any place in this world we are aware of. No one lives free in freedom where they live without honest administration and impartial enforcement of the law ! I was once told by a very experienced attorney that the only way to find justice in our courts of law was if we happened to read the word in a dictionary. Until we start holding all those who say the turth, justice and the law are what they are not accountable instead of them being above the law "justice frauds" will alawys be perpetrated in the name of the law and us all by those who love themselves and high office more than the law and we the people as a whole !
This nation is not aplace where there is liberty, justice and equal protection of the law for us all !
