Prosecutorial misconduct takes place everyday in the judicial system. It is not only about the wrongfully convicted, but about those that get away with Murder! Victims haven't a voice in the system and cannot appeal a case. I have direct experience with this, due to the fact that my 17yr old nephew was murdered. Check out the Christopher Cervini high profile case that took place in Rochester N.Y. this case is being compared to the Trayvon Martin case and many articles have been written in comparison of these two cases. Roderick Scott Murdered my nephew and he shot him in the back and got away with this. kcervini1@gmail.com google the case!

Fairness and Accountability would mean changing the Double Jeopardy law and the Immunity laws for Lawyers and Judges! Holding Lawyers and Judges accountable for their actions would make them uphold justice. Prosecutors and Judges have way to much power and can selectively let Muderers walk free and put innocent people in jail..knowing the evidence proves otherwise! If, they could be sued or disbared for their actions, the tables would turn and justice would prevail the way the laws were meant to do!
